About the NEANN Leadership Collaborative
The Leadership Collaborative brings together formal and informal neonatal nurse leaders in partnership to impact nursing care throughout New England.
Goals:
- Provide a platform to build relationships, network, and share ideas
- Engage and partner in meaningful work
- Learn from the challenges and celebrate the successes of others
- Provide mentorship opportunities for new leaders
- Provide guidance and education on leadership topics
- Develop a pathway for growth opportunities within NANN/NEANN

Who can attend?
Any nurse serving in a position of formal or informal NICU leadership is invited to attend, including Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, Directors, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Educators, Advanced Practice Nurses, Clinical Nurses, Nurse Scientists and faculty.
