By registering for the NEANN 2025 Annual Conference, attendees agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Failure to comply may result in removal from the conference without refund.

Dates & Location: The NEANN 2025 Conference will be held on May 4–5, 2025, at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa, Mystic, CT.
Conference Hours:
- Sunday, May 4: Registration opens at 9:00 AM. Sessions run from 10:00 AM–4:30 PM, with the Poster Session from 4:30 PM–6:00 PM.
- Monday, May 5: Registration opens at 7:00 AM. Sessions run from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
III. Registration and Fees
All registration fees are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as personal emergencies, acts of God, pandemics, or other events beyond the control of NEANN. Registration includes access to conference sessions, materials, and meals as outlined in the attendee package.
IV. Conference Attendance & Conduct
Professional behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event.
NEANN reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee violating these terms without refund.
V. Cancellation and Event Changes
NEANN reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the conference format, sessions, or speakers due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of cancellation or modification.
VI. Liability
NEANN, its affiliates, and the event venue are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the conference. Attendees participate at their own risk.
VII. Photography and Media Release
By attending, you grant NEANN permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please notify event staff at the conference.
VIII. Continuing Education Credits
Attendees seeking continuing education (CE) credits must comply with all attendance and evaluation requirements. NEANN is not responsible for failure to meet CE requirements.
IX. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for securing their personal belongings. NEANN is not liable for lost or stolen items.
