- NICU nurses at any career stage.
- Interdisciplinary team members (e.g., RRT, CLC, LCSW).
- Researchers, educators, and healthcare professionals with expertise in neonatal care.
- Undergraduate students in Honors Programs or Capstone/ Senior Internships may submit their projects for poster presentations.
