- Must be purchased in advance through the conference registration website. It can be purchased independently of the initial registration and is listed as an “Add On” during the check out process.
- Cost: $40
- The Omni will provide support for electrical needs to all exhibitors who have requested and paid, in advance. It is otherwise not guaranteed.

Shipping Information:
Industry Partners may ship directly to the hotel within the guidelines and date requirements, listed below.

- Packages may be delivered to the Property within forty-eight (48) hours of April 27th.
- A storage fee of $25.00 per box per day will apply for any boxes received prior to forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. This storage fee will also apply to each empty packing container stored during the Event. Hotel is not in any way liable for the contents of these packages.
- Shipping and receiving hours are 7:30am-3:00pm Monday through Friday. Any boxes received or shipped on Saturday or Sunday will incur an incoming and outgoing, $5.00 per box handling fee which will be billed to the Industry Partner.
- Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact Group’s Conference Services Manager.
