Exhibitor Meals:

    Equipment Provided:
    • One skirted 6' X 30" table
    • Power
      • Must be purchased in advance through the conference registration website. It can be purchased independently of the initial registration and is listed as an “Add On” during the check out process.
      • Cost: $40
      • The Marriott will provide support for electrical needs to all exhibitors who have requested and paid, in advance. It is otherwise not guaranteed.
    Shipping Information:
    Industry Partners may ship directly to the hotel within the guidelines and date requirements, listed below.
    • All received packages will be put in a general area for vendors to retrieve them. They are not delivered to each of the tables.  Please inquire at the front desk or at the conference registration table with any questions.
    • Shipping should not be sent more than 3 days prior to the event; secure storage space is not available.
    • For items that need to be shipped out, after the event, come prepared with return shipping labels and ensure your materials are boxed, labeled and a pickup has been scheduled with your carrier. There is not a shipping office at the Marriott.

    To ensure proper handling please address packages as follows if possible:
    IMPORTANT: Engagement Opportunity

    NEANN purchases an event engagement tool called Goosechase to encourage attendees to visit your table, gamify your interactions, and have a bit of fun!

    This is an app-based E-Scavenger Hunt that attendees download at the start of the conference. It provides numerous challenges, missions, or activities for attendees to complete and then scores each activity upon completion.

    Historically, our vendors have really enjoyed coming up with creative activities to complete at their table!

    Examples include:

     
    • Take a picture toasting with “abc” formula
    • Take a selfie with the use of “abc” bedside camera
    • A quiz related to the product such as:
      • “Provide the name of the product that provides support for safe skin to skin care”
      • “Which incubator measures internal sound?”
    • Take a selfie with the vendor who sells “abc” product

    The winner of the scavenger hunt will receive a great prize at the end of the conference!

    Important Notes: 
    • Please make sure that you can manage the activity with the number of people you have overseeing your table. You may want to discuss this with your team and/or search for a creative idea on the internet. 
    • Fill out THIS FORM no later than April 15th. We require time to build the hunt!
    Raffle Donations:
    Would you like to donate a raffle in celebration of Nurses Week?
    We use an electronic raffle wheel to give away raffle prizes throughout the day. We will acknowledge our appreciation to your company during the raffle give-away.

    Thanks for considering!
    Breakdown Day:
    • All items must be removed on Monday, May 5th by 3pm 
    • The front desk has limited supplies of FedEx labels and does not have UPS labels. FedEx will come to the hotel daily for pick up, however UPS will not come to the hotel without a pickup order.  
    • Alert a “Red Coat” if you have shipping ready for pick up and they can arrange to have it brought to our shipping & receiving area. 
    • With the exception of items that are shipped in a pallet - Items that are to be shipped in a pallet will need to have a Bill of Lading and picked up from the vendor hall by 5pm on Monday 5/5/25. Hotel staff do not have the ability to move these items to the loading dock, they must be picked up from the vendor hall.
