The Annual Conference Poster Session will provide an excellent opportunity for networking and professional exchange with colleagues in the neonatal nursing field. We are confident that your presentation will generate meaningful discussions and inspire others in the community.
Please review the guidelines below, including setup instructions. If you have any questions or need further assistance as you prepare for the event, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@neann.org.
The author-attended poster presentation is scheduled for Monday April 27, from 4:30-6pm in the Madison/Monroe Room. Appetizers and drinks will accompany the event. Presenters are expected to stand with their posters, to answer questions and engage with attendees. Information regarding this event can also be found on the conference website. Poster awards will be announced Tuesday, April 28th.

- Poster Size Requirements: Maximum width is 6 feet or 72 in., and length is 5 feet or 60 in.
- Poster Set Up: April 27th, from 11am-1pm and support staff will be available to assist you
- Equipment: Materials to hang your poster will be provided during set up
- Poster Removal: Posters are to be removed by Tuesday April 28th, 5pm
Conference registration is mandatory, with the choice to register for 1 or 2 days. Registration can be completed HERE. Please note that NEANN does not pay or offer compensation, for presenter registration and/or travel expenses.
